World Planner works without an account. This page says what we keep and why.
Without an account
- Your worlds are saved in your own browser (local storage) until you delete them.
- To protect the site from scrapers we count requests per visitor and per day: a keyed hash of your IP address (the address itself is never stored), the day, how many sessions, data pieces, conversions, imports, exports and renders, your country and browser name. These counts are kept up to 90 days. Unusual use raises an alert our moderators see.
- Files you import or export (and pictures you send to a server tool) are sent to our server, processed in memory and not kept. Worlds sent for a server render are kept until the render is done; the finished file is deleted within a day.
- When bot protection is on, Cloudflare Turnstile checks your browser (its privacy policy).
With an account (optional)
- Sign-in with Discord gives us your Discord id, name and avatar; with Google, your Google id, name and email address; with an email link, your email address. We use them only to sign you in.
- Worlds you keep in the cloud, their history and the names you give them are stored until you delete them or your account.
- A sign-in cookie keeps you signed in; it is used for nothing else.
What we never do
No ads, no third-party trackers, no selling or sharing of your data. We never ask for your GrowID or Growtopia password.
